Hours of Coaching:
Coaching session generally run an hour to an hour and a half. Sessions are scheduled to accommodate any schedule. Sessions are scheduled from as early as 8am throughout the day until 10pm 7 days a week . Should you have a special request during the weekends or any other hour, please contact me directly to set up a time. In case of an emergency I am available, additional rates may affect the rate of service based on time spent without the given notice of 24 hours.
Phone Coaching:
Phone coaching may take the place of person to person session. There are times when we all find ourselves cut short for time. This service is a convenient way to keep the session time without the hassle of missing the appointment. Phone coaching time/rates are exactly the same as person to person sessions.
Email-Coaching:
Standard email is a good way to correspond when there are lengthy question, projects, reports, review of documents, or general privacy areas that need to be addressed. Most emails will be responded to by the same or next day.
IM / Text - (Instant Messaging)
Text messaging is a quick and effective way to get a quick answer or find the necessary support when person to person, Skype/Video or, phone conversations do not permit. This service is available 24 hours. Please allow time for a response should the text messages be between the hours of 12am and 6am. Text messaging is inclusive to all of the service plans.
Skype Video Coaching:Person to person Skype sessions are available to accommodate time constraints, traffic, lunch hours, driving time, out of state, and any other situations that might prevent a person to person meeting.
